Bethany Robinson is a natural builder of businesses. Her early career was spent in education; a passion she held since childhood. Bethany's drive led her to pursuing her Masters in Principalship from Indiana University. This degree helped to hone her leadership and operational skills, and stoked her interest in helping to grow and lead teams.
Bethany's family has been active in the scrap metal and recycling industry since the early 1980's and it was a natural progression for her to take the reins on this. She immediately set to deriving more operational efficiencies, restructuring financial management and modernizing their technology platforms. During this period of change, she leveraged several technology staffing organizations to help on their IT and Engineering needs with very underwhelming results. Recognizing an opportunity to provide these services better, she launched Lucid Services Group in early 2016.
Bethany currently oversees all financial management, compliance, risk, legal and insurance management for our rapidly growing organization. Bethany's strong leadership style, married with her natural teaching and mentoring abilities benefit all levels employees in the Lucid ecosystem. Another area of focus for Bethany currently is helping to mature and grow our burgeoning Engineering and Life Sciences practices.
Bethany, know to her friends as Bette, is the proud mother of two wonderful children. She enjoys spending time with them, helping to develop future female leaders and playing an active role in the Bloomington and Indianapolis business communities.

John Galligan is a veteran in the technology staffing and services space. As a student at Indiana University John was able to blend his interest in both Business and HR in his time in the SPEA and Kelley schools. A life long big mountain snow skier, John turned this passion into an internship with Snowbird Ski Resort's HR Department; helping them shape their immigration policies for foreign workers and assist during their winter ramp-up of over 1,000 employees. This first taste of the pace and business outcomes of successful recruiting had him hooked.
John cut his teeth in the technology staffing and services space with Technisource, where he rapidly climbed the ranks. This success was quickly noticed, and he was recruited out to become the first hire outside of founders at Anchor Point Technology Resources. John played a pivotal role growing Anchor Point - helping to shape all Delivery, Marketing, Technology and New Market strategy. John lead a team of over 100 delivery and field staff in the Indianapolis and Louisville Kentucky markets with responsibility for over $12MM in revenue.
The mission for John is building a world-class Delivery organization for Lucid Services Group. Growing future leaders and teams is the single most satisfying thing for him, and Lucid's rapid growth is a testimony to this investment.
John loves spending time with his two young children, instilling a love for skiing, soccer and the outdoors in them, carpentry, and IU basketball (most years, anyway). He and his wife are avid travelers, with a love for all things that Southwest Florida has to offer. John splits his time between our Indianapolis and Bloomington offices.

Since joining the team in June of 2017, Alyssa Dodds has brought a diverse professional background to the firm in her role as President, including over eight years of recruitment experience in technology, engineering, life sciences, administrative, and legal roles. While recruiting is her true passion, her Lucid repertoire also includes being the teams Staff Meteorologist and sharing relevant staffing and local news, exciting Lucid updates, quirky team outings, and sometimes wise words of wisdom via the firms social media channels which she helps to manage. In her opinion, the only thing better than being on the team with the hardest-working and most entertaining group of folks in Central Indiana, is forming connections with individuals in a variety of fields and roles from all across the country.
Originally from a one stop light town, Alyssa and her husband reside in Brownsburg with their daughter Josephine and Pomeranian named Peyton Manning. A lover of the Colts (clearly), a good brunch, travel, and cheese. Strangely, she is not a fan of pizza.

Lori Hanni joined Lucid Services Group as Director of Finance and Operations in 2019, and brought with her over a decade of Operations, Human Resources, and Finance experience in the medical industry. She’s obsessed with innovating new ways of process improvement and optimization, and very detail-oriented (her co-workers may add very, very detail-oriented), so she is excited to be able to use her skill set to equip Lucid for its continued growth. Lori enjoys keeping up-to-date with local meetups and national conferences, whether in the SHRM community or Intuit product branches.
Lori is an Indiana University graduate, with a degree in Studio Art/Fine Arts and Art History. When she isn’t working, you can usually find Lori in her Brooklyn neighborhood (either running or being dragged by her mini golden doodle, Winnie), following IU and Chicago sports, or checking out new restaurants around the city.

Kyle McCarty joined Lucid Services group in 2019, bringing a diverse skillset and years of experience in the staffing industry. Kyle has focused his sales career in several industries, including technology, commercial construction, manufacturing and engineering. A native of Indianapolis, Kyle is passionate about helping Hoosier companies find the right talent at the right time, as well as helping candidates navigate their way to their dream job.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, who never fail to entertain him. He’s also an avid baseball fan (Go Dodgers!), live music junkie and craft beer enthusiast.

Marcy Mattice joined Lucid Services Group at the end of 2018 as Senior Account Executive, however, her connection to the Lucid family goes back almost 10 years when she and our COO previously worked together. In fact that was the beginning of her IT career in the local community. Marcy is a high performing account executive and enjoys developing and building strong professional relationships with Enterprise and Healthcare clients. She takes pride in truly understanding her client’s business and internal dynamics in order to deliver the best resource.
When Marcy isn’t busy busting down doors and bringing on new clients, she is passionate about ancestral nutrition, holistic health and living her best life possible.

Jon Paquette came to us by way of our own hometown of Bloomington, Indiana. Jon joined Lucid Services Group in early 2018 as a Technical Recruiter and has made an excellent addition to the team. Jon’s sales background stems from several years of premium retail experience. He has hit the ground running as a recruiter and has found quite a bit of success in sourcing for the Control & Automation, IT, and Pharmaceutical industries.
Jon is a fun-loving guy with a “work hard, play hard” mentality. He’s just as fast to crack a joke as he is to lend a helping hand. Jon’s drive and determination to succeed in a new role brought him to winning the Lucid Services Group Rookie of the Year Award for 2018. He takes great pride in providing the best customer service and candidate experience possible and is excellent at building a long lasting rapport. Jon was promoted to Senior Account Executive in April of 2022. Lori is an Indiana University graduate, with a degree in Studio Art/Fine Arts and Art History. Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Tom moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2018. With over six years of experience in IT staffing, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. In March 2024, he joined Lucid Services Group and is excited to be a part of its promising future and contribute to the company's continued success.
Outside of work, Tom maintains an active lifestyle, frequently engaging in activities like running, golfing, and the occasional pickup basketball game. He loves spending time going on little excursions with his wife and two dogs. A devoted Ohio State Buckeyes fan, he faithfully watches their games every Saturday during the fall.

Fueled by a passion for future-forward thinking, she thrives on the excitement of pushing boundaries and shaping tomorrow's innovation.
But wait, there's more! Beyond the tech realm, Rumneet has also delved into the world of medical aesthetics, seamlessly transitioning to become a massage therapist and esthetician extraordinaire. Blending innovation with a hands-on approach, she brings a unique blend of tech-savvy and spa-savvy to the table. Rumneet is ready to tackle any challenge with a smile and a sprinkle of sparkle!

Tom Rusnak is a Chicago native who has planted his roots in the northern Indianapolis area. He is dedicated to his family and the Chicago trinity of sports; Cubs, Bears, and Bulls. Recruiting has been Tom’s passion for the past five years. He has specialized in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technical recruitment.
Tom originally began his professional career as a High School teacher focusing in Economics and History in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago. He found recruitment through a boutique executive search firm and has not looked back since. Tom enjoys the ability to connect with both candidates and clients with their career search and company goals. Having the chance to influence an organizations bottom-line or a candidate’s career goals motivates Tom every day.
Tom joined the Lucid Services Group team in the Summer of 2018. He has found his groove in the technology industry and has begun to form long-standing relationships in the Indiana Tech community. In April of 2022, Tom was promoted to Technical Recruiting Manager.

Growing up in Noblesville, IN with a family full of computer programmers and developers, Erika always enjoyed learning more about IT and the growing tech scene in Indy. Her winding career path lead her to hospitality, customer service, start ups, and technical staffing.
Now a seasoned technical recruiter since joining in February 2020, she strives to find candidates for those hard to fill roles and keeps up to date with the ever changing tech industry. Erika's new area of focus is learning as much as possible about the growing cybersecurity field.
Outside of work, she is a foodie and loves to try out new restaurants and dishes. Erika resides in Broad Ripple with her partner, two fur babies, and a little one on the way!

Josh was born and raised in Quincy, IL. After living in Chicago he eventually landed in the Indy area in 2016 and has not looked back since.
Josh comes from a background of retail sales and property management but has always had interest in the staffing industry. He has relatives in the industry and felt that it would be a great way to use his sales and management skills to help people. Josh is excited to be part of the Lucid team and to learn the ins and outs of the staffing industry.
When he is not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and his pets. His miniature zoo includes his dogs Felix and Friday, his cat Louie, and his aquatic turtle Bill. He is a huge St Louis Cardinals fan and attends games as often as he can. Josh also enjoys trying new restaurants, making classic cocktails, vacationing to Mexico (or any beach for that matter), and attending concerts.

Matt Kraft grew up in Carmel, IN and graduated from Purdue University in 2013. He joined Lucid Services Group in March of 2023 as a technical recruiter. Matt enjoys providing clarity to clients and candidates throughout the staffing process, always striving for the perfect match. In his previous experience in apartment management, he developed a passion for helping people find the right place to live—now he uses that passion to help them find the right place to work.
Outside of Lucid, Matt can be found acting in local theater, playing pickup basketball, or walking his dog named Bella. He is a fan of the Indiana Pacers, Leeds United Football Club, and any brewery with outdoor seating.

Elizabeth Pike, Operations Specialist, has nearly a decade of experience in helping staffing companies improve operational efficiency. She’s hyper-focused on automating routine tasks, improving processes, and checking things off her endless to-do list. She’s excited to be joining the Lucid team as it continues to expand both locally and nationally. Elizabeth is a 2013 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in English Literature and has been known to accidentally quote Shakespeare in the company slack channel.
When she’s not catching up on emails or obsessing over a spreadsheet, you can find Elizabeth teaching ballet and jazz at her dance studio in Westfield, IN, taking her daughter to various activities, playing with her pugs, Francis and Forrest, or curled up with a good book.

Gertrude Ikea, fondly referred to as Gertie by those closest to her, joined the Lucid team in April of 2018. Hailing from a strong Swedish family, she spent some time in Fishers, IN before being adopted by the Lucid clan and relocating to downtown Indianapolis. Gertie enjoyed her time in the Stutz, having been in two of Lucid's offices, but during COVID-19 was relocated permanently to our Castleton outpost. She takes her role as Director of Branch Management quite seriously, and feels that she has been instrumental in Lucid's recent growth.
Gertie doesn't take time off or ever leave the office like her Lucid team members, but when she does have a free moment or two she enjoys watching the folks stroll the neighborhood, soaking in the sunshine, and fresh spring water (which she never gets.) Jon P. does give her leftover coffee occasionally, and Tom cleaned out her pot once. Gertie appreciates the little acts of kindness. That's what makes Lucid special.
