  • We'll cut to the chase. Here is the stuff you really want to know:

    -Competitive base plus commission pay model

    -Short sales cycle (averages about a month) and high deal value.

    -Work from home with occasional in office meetings - You can be located anywhere in the Eastern time zone, but if you aren’t local to Central IN, this would mean quarterly trips to Indy.

    What We Need to Know:

    -Do you have staffing sales OR other sales experience in the tech space? This is important to us as not all sales experience translates to this industry

    -Do you have an extensive network, ideally in the tech industry? Who you know really does matter in this world.

    -So you don't know every IT leader in your area? That's fine. Will you not hesitate to pick up the phone and try to get to know them? This is where the answer needs to be yes.

    -In addition to the phone, are you open to sending authentic, personalized emails, meeting for coffee, attending community meetups, and whatever else it takes to build your book? We hope you can say yes.

    The Other Stuff:

    There is an amazing team of seasoned recruiters (we may be biased but they are some of the best in the industry) ready to fill the roles that you bring in. They are eager to put more people to work and aren't afraid of the not so perfect opportunities that sales can often find.
